We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. You can have 7 days to decide whether the product is for you or not.There is no return on any of the products; however they can be exchanged with another product.
How do I exchange?
The original packing receipt must be enclosed with all exchanges. We do not accept exchanges without original packaging receipt. PROMOSING will exchange any items, provided that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.Summer stock will only be exchanged with summer products and winter stock will only be exchanged with winter products.Purchases made at PROMOSING online store may only be exchanged ONLINE NO return/exchange CLAIM is provided on sale products.
